Sardenaira – Ricetta ligure

La Sardenaira nasce nel Ponente Ligure nella città di Sanremo. A causa del suo aspetto, spesso si scambia per una pizza ma, provate a dirlo ai veri cultori, sicuramente non ne saranno contenti. La Sardenaira di Sanremo è composta da una base di focaccia su cui viene stesa un abbondante strato di salsa di pomodoro rigorosamente crudo che deve essere cucinato con: Olio Extra Vergine di Olivaaglio, capperi, origano, olive taggiasche e filetti di acciughe.

 

INGREDIENTI

Per la pasta:

  • 300 g di farina 00
  • 200 ml di acqua tiepida
  • 1/2 cubetto di lievito di birra
  • 3 cucchiai di Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Boeri
  • Un pizzico di sale
  • 1 cucchiaino di zucchero
